Northwest Florida Surgical Associates is pleased to announce the association of Dr. Bruce Walsh, MD. F.A.C.S. Dr. Walsh is Board-Certified in Critical Care and specializes in Trauma and Critical Care Surgeries. In addition, Dr. Walsh is skilled in other surgical procedures including:

Before joining the staff at Northwest Florida Surgical Associates, Dr. Walsh was in private practice performing surgery in New Rochelle, NY since 1987 where he was Chief of Surgical Critical Care and Director of Trauma and Surgical Critical Care. In addition, he held a hospital appointment at Sound Shore Medical Center in New Rochelle. He also served as Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at New York Medical College, Westchester County, NY where he was the recipient of "Surgical Attending Teacher of the Year" seven times.

Dr. Walsh received his medical degree from the University of the State of New York. He performed his Surgical Residency at New Rochelle Hospital Medical Center. Additionally, Dr. Walsh completed a Trauma and Critical Care Fellowship at Westchester Medical Center, Vahalia, NY.
